Shipping & Delivery Policy
At DECXO, we are committed to ensuring your premium modern home decor arrives safely, efficiently, and in pristine condition. Because our collection ranges from delicate accents to large furniture pieces, our shipping methods are tailored to the specific needs of each item.
Where We Ship
Currently, DECXO ships exclusively within the contiguous United States. At this time, we do not offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.
Order Processing Times

Standard Decor & Accents: Orders are typically processed and dispatched from our fulfillment centers within 1 to 3 business days.

Oversized Furniture & Freight: Larger items require specialized handling and typically process within 3 to 5 business days before being handed off to our freight partners.
Please note that processing times do not include weekends or federal holidays.
Shipping Methods & Transit Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. We offer the following delivery tiers:
1. Standard Parcel Delivery (Small to Medium Items)

Carriers: UPS, FedEx, or USPS.

Transit Time: 3 to 7 business days after dispatch.

Delivery: Items will be delivered directly to your doorstep or mail room.
2. Curbside Freight Delivery (Large or Heavy Items)

Transit Time: 7 to 14 business days after dispatch.

Delivery: The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery window. Your items will be delivered to the curb or driveway of your home. You are responsible for moving the items into your home, unboxing, and assembly.
3. White-Glove Delivery (Premium Furniture)

Transit Time: 2 to 4 weeks, depending on your location and carrier routing.

Delivery: Our premium delivery partners will contact you to schedule a specific delivery window. This service includes bringing the item into your room of choice, up to two flights of stairs, light assembly, and the removal of all packaging materials.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery status. For freight and white-glove deliveries, the carrier tracking portal will allow you to manage your scheduled delivery appointment.
Damaged or Missing Items
We partner with top-tier artisans and carriers, but we know that transit issues can occasionally happen. We ask that you inspect all items immediately upon delivery.

If your package appears severely damaged on the outside, please take photos before opening it, or refuse the delivery if it is a freight shipment.

If you discover damage or a defect after unboxing, please contact our concierge team at support@decxo.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of both the damaged item and the packaging. We will work swiftly to arrange a replacement or repair.
Delayed Deliveries
While we do our best to provide accurate estimated delivery dates, transit times are not guaranteed. Unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, carrier network congestion, or supply chain delays can occasionally impact delivery schedules. We will communicate any known significant delays to you as quickly as possible.
